Forgot your IvoryPay business password? There is no need to panic. All you have to do is reset your password and follow the instruction prompts and you will be back in your dashboard in no time.

Restoring Your IvoryPay Account

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click on “forgot password”

On the next page, you will be required to input your email address. Then, click the “reset password” button. You will get an instant notification telling you to check your email address.

Next, you should get a mail in your inbox in the manner seen in the image below;

Simply click the “Reset Password” button.

Finally, you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

You can then create your new password and click the “submit” button.

Following the creation of your new password, all you have to do is to log in with your email and the new password, and you will be taken directly to your IvoryPay dashboard.
