KYC Stages on IvoryPay

Creating a business account is quite straightforward on IvoryPay. Once you complete the required fields on the sign-up page, a dashboard is automatically created for you to manage your business. However, enjoying the full suite of products and services on IvoryPay requires that you complete the KYC procedure. This is to confirm the authenticity of your business.

There are three major stages that you are required to complete in order to complete your KYC on IvoryPay. The stages are explained below;

Stage 1: Profile

At this level, you are required to provide more basic information about your business. You will be required to supply information such as your official business name, business website address, industry, and the number of staff in your organization.

Stage 2: Contact

Having supplied the details at the first stage, you will be taken to the next stage where business contact details are to be provided. Information such as the physical location of your business, your official registration address, and proof of business registration are to be provided.

Stage 3: Documents

As proof of authenticity, you will need t supply all the official supporting documents that confirm your business registration with the appropriate authorities in your country. This helps us stay compliant with national laws and domestic regulations.

You do not necessarily need to complete the entire process all at once. So you can always go back and supply the information when you have it. Upon completion, you will be shown a screen that confirms the completion of your KYC pending approval.
